Natasha D’Souza is a business journalist, speaker, executive coach and contributor to
the Harvard Business Review; exploring the future of leadership and work. 

She ventured into journalism following a diverse and dynamic career working at leading institutions in Washington DC and Dubai including The Corporate Executive Board, the Harvard Medical School Dubai Center and Dubai Holding; with roles spanning business intelligence, investor relations and strategic communications.

Based in Dubai, Natasha studied public health and international economics at
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a North Carolina Fellow.

Soon after her pivot into journalism, Natasha was invited to Wharton’s prestigious Seminar for Business Journalists; chaired the Digital Journalism Summit and contributed reportage to an International Women’s Day magazine under guest editor Julia Gillard, the former Prime Minister of Australia. 

In addition to her work as a journalist, Natasha frequently shares her independent insights on modern-day careers, entrepreneurship and leadership in leading publications including Fast Company and the Harvard Business Review, with the latter highlighting her article on launching a side-hustle as one of its Favorite Reads.
